Problem

When a counterparty's e-invoice/e-archive taxpayer status wasn't kept current in LOGO, the wrong document type got issued. Checking the GİB taxpayer list by hand was impossible for thousands of accounts.

Solution

I built a .NET Framework 4.8 WinForms UI plus a 24/7 Windows Service. The service periodically pulls the GİB registered-taxpayer list and automatically updates the e-invoice/e-archive flags on LOGO customer cards, validating tax/ID numbers algorithmically.
